Sermon at the Institution of the Rev’d Phillip Channing Ellsworth, VIII Rector of St Stephen’s Church, Belvedere. The Rev’d Tully is sometime Rector of St Bartholomew's Church in the City of New York. Bill was starting out as the new Rector of St Bart’s when he brought a young minister on to the Clergy staff as Associate Rector in the Spring of 1995. Phil Ellsworth was ordained a priest at St Bart’s on the Feast of the Epiphany, 6th January 1996.
