At the Institution of the VIII Rector of St Stephen’s Church, Belvedere, the Rev’d Tully is sometime Rector of St Bartholomew's Church in the City of New York. Bill was starting out as the new Rector of St Bart’s when he hired Phil Associate Rector in February of 1995. Phil was ordained a priest at St Bart’s on the Feast of the Epiphany, 6th January 1996.
